Trial a Workspace
Ready to try something new? You can now start a free 60-day trial workspace. It's perfect for onboarding new teams, testing configurations, or building new Foleon Docs. If you've already reached your workspace limit, use this trial to explore how an extra workspace can support your content operations.

Invite users to review individual Docs
Sometimes, you need feedback from colleagues who aren’t part of your Doc’s workspace. Instead of granting access to the entire workspace, you can now invite them to review a single Doc. With this new feature, you can tag colleagues outside their workspace directly in comments. Admins then manage access directly in the Admin Console.

Create Multi-Button Layouts
You can now add up to five buttons to a single button element, giving you flexible, multi-button layouts in one row. Create primary and secondary CTAs or full multi-button setups without extra work, helping teams streamline design and maintain consistency.

Switch to Dark Mode
Dark Mode adjusts your Foleon dashboard to a darker, high-contrast theme. Switch between Light and Dark Mode at any time to match your personal preference. To switch between modes, click your profile picture in the top right corner and select your preferred option.

Custom Roles let Enterprise Admins create tailored user roles that reflect real team structures. Configure exactly who can do what across the platform, ensuring governance, compliance, and security at every level. No more one-size-fits-all access; just flexible control that helps teams move faster while staying compliant and secure.

Branded Dashboard
Create a cohesive, on-brand experience by configuring a Branded Dashboard that aligns the Foleon platform with your company’s identity. Replace the default navigation with your own logo and brand colors to provide a professional experience for every user in your account. Contact your CSM to enable this for your organization.

Foleon-Hosted Videos
Keep your entire content experience fully on-brand by uploading and hosting videos directly in Foleon. Hosting videos in your Media Library means faster load times, easier collaboration, no third-party cookies or logos, and a smoother, more consistent viewing experience across all devices.

AI Doc Translation
You can now instantly translate your Foleon Docs into multiple languages, making it easier to localize content and reach global audiences. Powered by DeepL, this feature delivers accurate, one-click AI translations that preserve tone, structure, and brand consistency, helping teams publish localized versions with less effort.

AI Image Generator
Generate unique visuals directly inside the Media Library to bring your ideas to life in seconds. Simply type a prompt and define your desired style, and the AI Image Generator will create custom images ready to use across your Foleon Docs. No more stock browsing or external tools, just faster, more creative content creation.

Settings for AI Usage
Manage access to all AI-powered features in Foleon through toggles in the Global Account Settings. Choose which tools your users can access, ensuring compliance and transparency across the platform. Enable DeepL for translations or Gemini for creative and assistive features, all fully under your control.

Deleted Doc Recovery
Accidentally deleted a Doc? You can now restore it yourself directly from your Docs dashboard without needing to contact Support. Deleted Docs remain available for 90 days, giving you full control and peace of mind to safely manage and recover content when needed. Once restored, your Doc will instantly return to its original workspace in Draft status.

A more complete Brand Kit
The Brand Kit now covers logo spacing, paragraph spacing, forms, cards, and cookie consent. You can also view the last applied Brand Kit in your Doc and save any updates as a new Brand Kit. This gives designers and content creators more control, flexibility, and confidence in their brand’s application across Foleon Docs.

Long blocks of text, large tables, and dense graphs can overwhelm readers. Reveal & hide blocks help solve this by letting users expand and collapse blocks. This keeps pages clean, boosts engagement, and delivers a more interactive reading experience.

Brand Governance Settings
We’re introducing governance settings to give organizations full control over how branding is managed—whether centrally, locally, or through a hybrid approach.
