We're adding components to the Brand Kit, making it more complete. In this first update, we've added cookie consent, paragraph spacing, and a new tab structure. This gives designers and content creators more control, flexibility, and confidence in their brand’s application across Foleon Docs.

The new Media Library means a new way for uploading, managing, and structuring brand media, ensuring easier access and governance across the entire content lifecycle. We’re introducing governance settings to give organizations full control over how branding is managed—whether centrally, locally, or through a hybrid approach. Updated Foleon Doc Templates Library
We've updated the Doc Template Library. The new templates are equipped with our latest features, updated images, and placeholder text to help you create content quickly. You can find the new templates on the homepage in the Foleon template collection or when creating a new Doc.

Support for Bluesky
We've added Bluesky to our list of social media icons. You can now link to Bluesky from the social icons on your Navigation bar. Or select Bluesky as an icon when adding a share element onto your page. When the reader clicks, they can quickly share your Foleon Doc on their Bluesky feed.

Support for Lottie Animations
Bring your content to life with lightweight, high-quality animations. We're adding support for Lottie files to improve how animated visuals work in Foleon Docs. Lottie is a more efficient alternative to GIFs, offering better performance and smaller file sizes.

We've added support for Wistia and Brightcove-hosted videos, making embedding content from more third-party platforms easier. This update helps teams using Wistia and Brightcove bring their assets directly into Foleon Docs; no workarounds needed.

Until now, you could only embed HubSpot forms created with HubSpot's legacy builder. That’s been fixed! You can now embed any HubSpot form, whether it's made with the new or legacy builder.
