Settings for AI Usage
Manage access to all AI-powered features in Foleon through toggles in the Global Account Settings. Choose which tools your users can access, ensuring compliance and transparency across the platform. Enable DeepL for translations or Gemini for creative and assistive features, all fully under your control.

Deleted Doc Recovery
Accidentally deleted a Doc? You can now restore it yourself directly from your Docs dashboard without needing to contact Support. Deleted Docs remain available for 90 days, giving you full control and peace of mind to safely manage and recover content when needed. Once restored, your Doc will instantly return to its original workspace in Draft status.

A more complete Brand Kit
The Brand Kit now covers logo spacing, paragraph spacing, forms, cards, and cookie consent. You can also view the last applied Brand Kit in your Doc and save any updates as a new Brand Kit. This gives designers and content creators more control, flexibility, and confidence in their brand’s application across Foleon Docs.

Track Authenticated Views
When you secure a Doc with SSO, you can now see which authenticated users viewed it, how many times they visited, and for how long. Open the Foleon Analytics for your Doc and scroll to the section Authenticated users.

Last applied Brand Kit
At the top of the Brand Kit, you’ll see a new section Last applied. Here, you see which Brand Kit was last applied to your Foleon Doc. It helps you know which Brand Kit is active on your Foleon Doc, to increase governance.

Logo Spacing
You can now adjust the spacing of your logo directly in the Brand Kit. Apply horizontal and vertical padding to add more space and control how your logo appears in the navigation bar across all your Foleon Docs.
